In a big skillet, turn the heat to medium-high. Fry the chopped bacon pieces by stirring them a lot until they're crunchy—this'll take around 5 or 6 minutes.

Toss in the green beans, chicken stock, garlic, butter, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Give it all a mix.
