Tangy Apple Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 big Honeycrisp apples, chopped.
02 - Juice from 1 lemon.
03 - 1½ tablespoons of brown sugar.
04 - ⅓ cup of mayo.
05 - ½ cup of dried cranberries.
06 - A cup of red seedless grapes, cut in half.
07 - ½ cup pecans, roughly chopped.
08 - 2 celery sticks, sliced thin.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the pieces of apple with the lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
02 - In a small bowl, stir mayo and brown sugar together until smooth and blended.
03 - In a big mixing bowl, gently toss the apples with celery, grapes, cranberries, and pecans.
04 - Pour the dressing over everything and stir until it’s all coated evenly.
05 - Cover the bowl and pop it in the fridge for half an hour so the flavors can mix.
