Mozzarella-filled rolls with sausage or pepperoni, baked golden and perfect for dipping in marinara.

# Ingredients:

→ Stuffed Pizza Rolls

01 - 12 frozen rolls
02 - 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
03 - 3/4 cup cooked sausage or pepperoni

→ Coating

04 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

# Steps:

01 - Allow rolls to thaw for about 2 hours until they are softened but have not risen.
02 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x13 baking pan with nonstick spray.
03 - Flatten the rolls out and spread them into 3-inch circles.
04 - Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 tablespoon of pepperoni into the center of each piece of dough.
05 - Wrap the dough around the toppings and pinch the dough to seal it shut. Place the rolls seam-side down into the prepared pan.
06 - Stir the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder together in a small bowl.
07 - Brush the tops of the rolls with the butter mixture and sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
08 - Bake the rolls in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown on top.
09 - Serve the rolls hot with homemade or store-bought marinara sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Use room temperature dough to ensure easy shaping and sealing.
