Stuffed Meat Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatloaf Mix

01 - 1 small onion, diced finely
02 - 1 pound of beef, ground
03 - 1/4 cup whole milk
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
07 - 1/4 cup chopped parsley (keep extra to decorate later)
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
10 - 1 egg, large

→ Filling

11 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar

→ Topping Sauce

12 - 1 tablespoon mustard
13 - 1/2 cup ketchup

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, seasonings, Worcestershire, and parsley in a big mixing bowl. Mix until it's even.
03 - Grab a bit of the mixture, press it flat, pop in some cheese, then wrap it up into a ball. Do this with all of it.
04 - Mix mustard and ketchup in a little bowl. Coat the meatloaf bites by brushing this on.
05 - Let them bake for about 25-30 minutes until they're fully done and caramelized on top.
06 - Sprinkle some extra parsley on top before serving. Enjoy warm as is or with other dishes.

01 - Serve fresh as finger food or add sides to turn it into a meal.
02 - Store any leftover pieces in the fridge for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for three months max.
03 - For juicy bites, pick beef with a fat content of 15-20%.
