Strawberry Yogurt Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Yogurt Cups

01 - 1 cup of your favorite yogurt
02 - 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries, without stems
03 - Half a cup of granola, plus extras for sprinkling

→ Topping

04 - A quarter cup granola (smaller pieces work great)
05 - 3/4 cup of strawberries, either sliced or diced

# Instructions:

01 - Take a muffin tray with 12 slots and either line them with liners or go for a 12-cup silicone tray.
02 - Add around 2 teaspoons of granola to each muffin cup's base. Leave it aside for now.
03 - Grab a medium bowl and add the yogurt and diced strawberries. With a fork or pastry cutter, mash the berries into the yogurt until it's mostly smooth but still has a bit of texture. Mix it all together.
04 - Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the strawberry yogurt mixture into each muffin cup, smoothing it into an even layer. Give the pan a little tap to even things out.
05 - Gently press a sliced strawberry or a bit of diced strawberry on top of each cup. Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of granola on top.
06 - Pop the pan into the freezer and let the cups harden up, which should take about 2-4 hours. Let them sit for a few minutes at room temperature before eating.

# Notes:

01 - Lasts in the freezer for 1 to 2 months
02 - Swap regular yogurt for plant-based yogurt to make this dairy-free
03 - Let sit for about 3-5 minutes to soften before enjoying
