01 -
Take a muffin tray with 12 slots and either line them with liners or go for a 12-cup silicone tray.
02 -
Add around 2 teaspoons of granola to each muffin cup's base. Leave it aside for now.
03 -
Grab a medium bowl and add the yogurt and diced strawberries. With a fork or pastry cutter, mash the berries into the yogurt until it's mostly smooth but still has a bit of texture. Mix it all together.
04 -
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the strawberry yogurt mixture into each muffin cup, smoothing it into an even layer. Give the pan a little tap to even things out.
05 -
Gently press a sliced strawberry or a bit of diced strawberry on top of each cup. Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of granola on top.
06 -
Pop the pan into the freezer and let the cups harden up, which should take about 2-4 hours. Let them sit for a few minutes at room temperature before eating.
