Strawberry Pineapple Slush (Print)

Beat the heat with these vibrant frozen drinks combining strawberries and pineapple. Easy, sweet, and great for warm days.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Pineapple Mix

01 - 1 cup pineapple juice or plain water
02 - 2 cups diced frozen pineapple
03 - 1 tablespoon honey if desired

→ For the Strawberry Mix

04 - 1 cup strawberry juice or plain water
05 - 2 cups frozen strawberries
06 - 1 tablespoon honey if desired

# Steps:

01 - Toss the frozen pineapple chunks, honey, and pineapple juice (or water) into a blender. Whirl them together until you get a smooth and creamy mixture. Add a splash more liquid if it's too thick. Scoop it out and hold it aside for now.
02 - Give the blender a quick rinse. Then toss in the frozen strawberries, honey, and strawberry juice (or water). Blend it all up until it's smooth and thick. Add more juice or water if needed.
03 - In a tall cup, spoon in alternating layers of pineapple and strawberry mixes. Once layered, stir softly with a spoon or straw to create a marbled look.
04 - Sip it right away with a straw while it's cold and frosty!

# Notes:

01 - Keeping fruit frozen helps get that perfect slushy texture
02 - The natural sweetness of the fruit might make honey unnecessary
03 - Best enjoyed as soon as you're done making it
