Set oven to 325°F. Cover an 8-inch square pan with parchment, then grease lightly with spray.

In a big bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, the melted butter, the water, and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, cocoa, salt, flour, and powdered sugar. Slowly stir this into the wet mix until it barely comes together.

Gently stir the chocolate chunks into the batter, then pour everything into the prepared pan.

Cook for around 35-40 minutes, just until it’s set. Leave it in the pan to cool completely.

Put strawberries, with cut sides facing down, all over the top. Drizzle melted chocolate across. Wait until it sets before cutting.
