Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and dried dill in a small bowl. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sprinkle with salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onions turn slightly brown. Remove onions and set aside.

Melt another tablespoon of butter in the skillet. Pour in beaten eggs and scramble, cooking until just set. Divide the eggs into two portions.

Place shaved steak in a bowl and combine with Worcestershire sauce and Montreal steak seasoning. Toss to coat. Melt the last tablespoon of butter in the skillet, add the steak, and cook until just browned.

Return the cooked onions to the skillet with the steak. Mix well and separate into two piles. Place a slice of cheese on each pile to melt.

Toast bagels in the skillet or using a toaster until golden brown.

Spread sauce on each half of the bagels. Add one portion of scrambled eggs to the bottom half of each bagel, then top with the steak, onion, and melted cheese mixture. Place the top bagel half on each to complete the sandwich.
