# Ingredients:

01 - 1 egg.
02 - 3/4 cup butter, unsalted and softened.
03 - 1 cup white sugar.

05 - 2 1/2 cups plain flour.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and prepare your baking trays with parchment paper.
02 - Beat the butter and sugar until it’s fluffy. Mix in the egg until it’s fully blended.
03 - Mix the plain flour, baking powder, and salt in a different bowl.
04 - Slowly combine the dry mix with the wet ingredients. Split the dough into portions, then stir in Jello powder to each section to give them different colors or flavors.
05 - Shape the dough into little 1-inch balls, pop them onto the baking trays, and press them down lightly with a glass bottom.
06 - Cook for 8-10 minutes until the edges are firm. Let the cookies cool on a rack before serving.
