Set your oven to 350°F and coat a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray.

Combine the cake mix, melted butter, and ½ cup of the evaporated milk in a bowl until it forms a dough. Take ⅔ of it and gently press it into the bottom of the greased pan. Bake for 6 minutes.

Put the caramels with ⅓ cup of evaporated milk into a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring, until you get a smooth mixture.

On the partially baked crust, scatter Snickers, chocolate chips (semisweet), and pecans. Then lightly pour the warm caramel sauce on top of everything.

Scoop the leftover crust mixture on top in small amounts, spreading it gently over the layer below. Bake it again for 15 to 17 minutes. Cool it off all the way before moving to the next step.

Melt the milk chocolate chips along with the rest of the evaporated milk until smooth. Spread this ganache over the cooled brownies evenly and let them set. Slice into portions once firm.
