S'mores Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 5 graham cracker sheets

→ Brownie Layer

02 - 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter
03 - 1/2 cup (85g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
04 - 1 cup (200g) sugar
05 - 2 large eggs, room temperature
06 - 1/2 cup (40g) unsweetened or Dutch processed cocoa powder
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour

→ Topping

10 - 1 - 1 1/2 cups (45-68g) mini marshmallows
11 - 1 (1.55 oz) Hershey's chocolate bar
12 - 1 graham cracker, roughly crushed

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 8x8 metal pan with parchment paper along sides and bottom.
02 - Layer graham crackers on bottom of pan, breaking pieces to fill gaps.
03 - Microwave butter and chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until melted and combined.
04 - Stir in sugar, microwave 1 minute more. Let cool 5 minutes if needed.
05 - Vigorously stir in eggs for one minute until ribbony. Add vanilla, cocoa powder, salt, and flour until combined.
06 - Pour batter over crust and bake 25 minutes.
07 - Top with marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate. Bake 8-10 minutes more.
08 - Cool in pan 1 hour before lifting out and cutting.

02 - Can be made with box brownie mix
03 - Can substitute marshmallow fluff for marshmallows
