Sausage with Peppers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs of flavorful Italian sausage (sweet).
02 - A jar (24 oz) of marinara sauce.
03 - 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced.
04 - 1 vibrant red bell pepper, cut into strips.
05 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips.
06 - 2 yellow onions, chopped into slices.
07 - 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
08 - Add salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the peppers and onions into strips. Mince the garlic.
02 - Toss everything into the slow cooker.
03 - Set the slow cooker to low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
04 - Pull the sausages out, cut them up, then stir them back in.

# Notes:

01 - Use any sausage variety you enjoy the most.
02 - Stays good in the fridge for up to 4 days.
03 - Can be frozen and kept up to 3 months.
