Defrost rolls on the counter for about 20 minutes so you can shape them easier.

Mix cream, eggs, and seasonings together. Cook until barely firm, then combine with sausage.

Flatten dough into rounds, fill with eggs and cheese. Use water to stick edges together if they're not sealing.
