# Ingredients:

03 - 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, drained

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big bowl and stir together the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch powder until smooth. Make sure it’s all combined well.
02 - Toss in the Rotel tomatoes, cheddar cheese, green onions, and jalapeños (if you’re using them). Stir everything until it’s all mixed evenly.
03 - Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and pop it in the fridge for a half-hour or more. This helps the flavors really come together.
04 - Before digging in, give the dip another quick stir. Scoop it into a serving dish, sprinkle on the cilantro if you’re using it, and surround it with your dippers of choice like chips, crackers, or veggies.
