Chipotle Ranch Wrap (Print)

A flavorful wrap stuffed with juicy chicken, creamy chipotle ranch, crisp veggies, and melty cheese. A quick meal that's family-friendly.

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 big 10-inch flour tortillas.
02 - Half a head of iceberg lettuce, chopped small (about 4 cups).
03 - 1 large beefsteak tomato, diced (makes about 1 1/4 cups).
04 - 1 pound (16 oz) cooked and sliced chicken breast strips.
05 - 1 pound (16 oz) shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - 3 oz of crunchy tortilla strip toppings.
07 - 1/2 cup creamy ranch dressing.
08 - 1/2 cup of Taco Bell's smoky Chipotle Sauce.

# Steps:

01 - If needed, shred the cheese, slice up lettuce thinly, and chop up the tomato into small bits. Gather everything close to where you'll assemble.
02 - Spread 1/2 cup cheese on a tortilla, followed by 1/2 cup chicken, a tablespoon of both chipotle and ranch sauces, 1/2 cup crisp lettuce, 2 tablespoons diced tomato, and 1/3 cup tortilla strips.
03 - Tuck in the tortilla edges to cover the filling, then roll it snugly from the bottom up.
04 - Heat burrito in a skillet over medium heat, flipping until each side is crispy and lightly browned.

01 - Mexican blend or Colby Jack are great cheese swaps.
02 - Crushed chips work fine if you’re out of tortilla strips.
