Pumpkin Maple Bread (Print)

Moist and sweet bread infused with pumpkin and maple. Great for cozy mornings! Whip it up easily and enjoy every bite.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
02 - 2 large eggs.
03 - 1 3/4 cups plain flour.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger.
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
10 - 1 cup pumpkin puree.
11 - 1/2 cup maple syrup.
12 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
13 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil.

# Steps:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly oil a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
02 - In a big mixing bowl, stir together the flour, salt, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, nutmeg, and baking powder.
03 - In another bowl, whisk together the canned pumpkin, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla, maple syrup, and sugar until the mixture is smooth.
04 - Gently fold the dry mix into the wet mix, stirring only until everything comes together.
05 - Spoon the batter evenly into the loaf pan and smooth the surface.
06 - Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 50 to 60 minutes, checking with a toothpick to make sure it’s done.
07 - Once baked, leave it in the pan to cool for 10 minutes, then move it to a rack to finish cooling.

# Notes:

01 - Add a drizzle of maple syrup on top when serving to make it a bit sweeter.
02 - Keep it fresh by storing it in a sealed container for several days!
