Turn your oven on to 350°F (175°C) and grease a dish that’s 9x13 inches.

Mix salt, baking soda, baking powder, flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves in a medium-sized bowl.

In another bowl, whisk the pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla, eggs, and oil until it’s smooth.
