Pumpkin Cookie Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 1 cup of sugar (the regular white kind)
02 - A half cup of veggie or canola oil
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 1 teaspoon of milk
05 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
06 - 1 cup of pumpkin puree, canned or homemade, your call

→ Dry Ingredients

07 - 2 cups of regular all-purpose flour
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt
09 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
10 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
11 - 2 teaspoons of baking powder
12 - 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet, your pick)

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 375°F and let it heat up. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly spray it with non-stick spray.
02 - Stir together the oil and sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth. Toss in the egg, the milk, the pumpkin, and the vanilla. Keep stirring until it's silky.
03 - In another bowl, give the dry ingredients a good mix by themselves first. Then, pour it into the wet stuff, toss in the chocolate chips, and stir until it just comes together.
04 - Drop big spoonfuls of the dough onto your prepped baking sheet.
05 - Bake your cookies at 375°F for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until the top no longer looks shiny. If you're making larger ones, they might take longer.

# Notes:

01 - Go big to have extra-large, bakery-style cookies.
02 - Larger cookies will need about 12 to 15 minutes in the oven.
03 - Feel free to use either canned or homemade pumpkin.
