# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup whole milk, warmed.
02 - ½ cup unsalted butter, browned.
03 - ½ cup sugar, separated.
04 - 2¼ tsp dry active yeast.
05 - 1 egg, plus an extra yolk.
06 - 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice.
07 - 4¾ to 5 cups of plain flour.
08 - ¾ cup pumpkin puree.
09 - 1 tsp kosher salt.
10 - 8 oz cream cheese (at room temp).
11 - ¼ cup softened butter.
12 - 1 cup soft brown sugar.
13 - ¼ cup pumpkin puree.
14 - ¼ cup softened butter.
15 - 2 cups powdered sugar.
16 - 1 tbsp cinnamon, ground.
17 - ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice.
18 - 2 tsp vanilla essence.

# Steps:

01 - Heat the butter in a pan until it's lightly golden, then set it aside to cool.
02 - Combine the warmed milk with yeast and a spoon of sugar. Let it bubble up, then add the cooled butter, pumpkin puree, remaining sugar, eggs, salt, and flour. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth. Let rise until it doubles in size.
03 - Stir together brown sugar, spices, and pumpkin puree until smooth.
04 - Flatten the dough into a 10x20 inch rectangle. Spread softened butter and smear the filling evenly. Roll it tightly into a log and divide into 12 rolls.
05 - Arrange the rolls snugly in a 9x13 pan. Allow them to puff up while your oven heats to 350°F. Before baking, drizzle cream over the top and bake for about half an hour.
06 - Beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in the powdered sugar, vanilla, and a hint of pumpkin pie spice.
07 - Spread the icing over the rolls while they're still warm, then dig into the cozy seasonal goodness.
