# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
02 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves.
03 - 1/4 cup milk.
04 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
05 - 1 cup pumpkin puree.
06 - 2 large eggs.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger.
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
11 - 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds (optional for decoration).
12 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar.
13 - 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour.
14 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
15 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
16 - 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg.

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease up a loaf pan measuring 9 by 5 inches.
02 - Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger in a mixing bowl, stirring well.
03 - In a different bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, both sugars, milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth and combined.
04 - Little by little, pour the dry mix into the wet mix while stirring. Stop as soon as it comes together.
05 - Spread the batter evenly into your greased loaf pan.
06 - Optionally, sprinkle some pumpkin seeds on the top for a bit of crunch.
07 - Put it in the oven and bake for around 55 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean.
08 - Let the loaf rest in the pan for about 10 minutes, then move it to a wire rack to cool down completely.

# Notes:

01 - Want a sweeter touch? Drizzle a bit of maple syrup or honey after it cools.
02 - Keep it fresh by storing in a tightly sealed container for up to three days.
