Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease up a loaf pan measuring 9 by 5 inches.

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger in a mixing bowl, stirring well.

In a different bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, both sugars, milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth and combined.

Little by little, pour the dry mix into the wet mix while stirring. Stop as soon as it comes together.

Spread the batter evenly into your greased loaf pan.

Optionally, sprinkle some pumpkin seeds on the top for a bit of crunch.

Put it in the oven and bake for around 55 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean.

Let the loaf rest in the pan for about 10 minutes, then move it to a wire rack to cool down completely.
