Give the strawberries a good rinse, then lay them out on paper towels until they're completely dry.

Heat up the white chocolate with coconut oil in short bursts, mixing after every 30 seconds, until it's silky smooth.

Mix in some red dye and stir until it turns the shade of pink you like.

Stick a fork into each strawberry, dunk it in the chocolate, and shake gently to let the extra drip off. Set them on parchment paper.
