Pink Chocolate Treats (Print)

Juicy strawberries coated in pink-tinted white chocolate for a fancy snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 2 pounds (24 pieces) of ripe strawberries
02 - 11 oz of white chocolate chips
03 - A couple teaspoons of coconut oil
04 - Around 5-10 drops of red-colored food dye, natural

# Steps:

01 - Give the strawberries a good rinse, then lay them out on paper towels until they're completely dry.
02 - Heat up the white chocolate with coconut oil in short bursts, mixing after every 30 seconds, until it's silky smooth.
03 - Mix in some red dye and stir until it turns the shade of pink you like.
04 - Stick a fork into each strawberry, dunk it in the chocolate, and shake gently to let the extra drip off. Set them on parchment paper.
05 - Let them sit so the chocolate hardens. If you want, add some decorative drizzles with more melted chocolate.

# Notes:

01 - Try eating these the same day for best flavor.
02 - You can stick them in the fridge for 1-3 days if needed.
03 - Chilled berries might develop some sweat-like moisture.
