Combine frozen pineapple chunks with pineapple juice or water in a blender. Add honey if desired. Blend until smooth, adding more liquid if needed. Pour into a bowl and set aside.

Rinse blender, then blend frozen strawberries with strawberry juice or water and optional honey until smooth. Add more liquid if needed for desired consistency.

In tall glasses, alternate spoonfuls of pineapple and strawberry slushies. Use a spoon or straw to gently swirl the layers together.

Serve immediately with straws while still frozen and slushy.
