→ Topping Ingredients

11 - Confectioners' sugar for sprinkling

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Put parchment paper into a 9×13 baking dish.
02 - Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Blend in the butter cubes until crumbly. Spread this into the pan, pressing it down evenly.
03 - Cook the crust for about 15 minutes, just until it starts to turn golden. Let it cool a bit afterward.
04 - Beat the eggs with sugar until smooth. Add in flour, baking powder, and vanilla, then stir in the pineapple gently.
05 - Evenly pour the pineapple mixture over the crust and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges start to firm up.
06 - Let everything cool completely in the pan. Sprinkle on powdered sugar and slice the dessert into smaller squares to serve.

# Notes:

01 - Boost the tropical flavor by adding shredded coconut (1/2 cup) to your filling.
02 - Decorate with toasted coconut or pineapple slices if you'd like.
03 - Keep leftovers in the fridge for 5 days. Let them sit out before eating.
