01 - 1 lb of ribeye or sirloin steak, sliced super thin
02 - 2 cloves of garlic, minced fresh
03 - 1 medium onion, cut into slices
04 - 1 baguette, French-style
05 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
06 - 1 cup of colorful bell peppers, sliced

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and let it warm up.
02 - Mix the steak and garlic into the veggies, cook it for 4-5 minutes until it browns nicely but stays soft.
03 - Toss the onions with bell pepper slices in some olive oil, letting them soften for 5-7 minutes on the heat.
04 - Slice the baguette open, scoop out a little of the inside, then fill it with the cooked steak, veggies, and cheese.
05 - Place the stuffed bread on parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is gooey and bubbling.
