Set your oven to 350°F and butter up a 13x9 pan.

Whisk together eggs, vanilla, and sugar for a couple minutes 'til it's foamy. Blend in the oil and salt, then slowly mix in the flour.

Stir in the pecans gently, then pour the mix into that greased pan.

Pop it in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Wait until the edges are golden, and the middle's no longer wobbly.

Leave it to cool in the pan, slice up 24 pieces, and sprinkle powdered sugar on top if you'd like.
