Peanut Butter Cake Roll (Print)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups milk.
02 - 2 cups granulated sugar.
03 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
04 - 1½ tsp baking powder.
05 - 2 cups unsalted butter, at room temperature.
06 - ¼ tsp salt.
07 - 2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder.
08 - 1½ cups powdered sugar.
09 - ½ cup creamy peanut butter.
10 - 3 large eggs.
11 - 2½ cups heavy cream.
12 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan and put parchment paper in it.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine cocoa, baking powder, flour, and salt using a whisk.
03 - In a different bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Toss in eggs, one by one. Add the milk and vanilla extract while stirring.
04 - Add the dry mix to the wet one slowly, stirring until smooth and blended.
05 - Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan. Place it in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. Once done, let it cool a bit.
06 - Whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Mix the whipped cream with a peanut butter and powdered sugar blend.
07 - Flip the slightly warm cake onto a clean towel dusted with cocoa powder. Spread the filling on top, then carefully roll it into a log shape.
08 - Wrap the log snugly in plastic wrap and stick it in the fridge for an hour. Once chilled, it's ready to cut and serve.
