Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan and put parchment paper in it.

In a mixing bowl, combine cocoa, baking powder, flour, and salt using a whisk.

In a different bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Toss in eggs, one by one. Add the milk and vanilla extract while stirring.

Add the dry mix to the wet one slowly, stirring until smooth and blended.

Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan. Place it in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. Once done, let it cool a bit.

Whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Mix the whipped cream with a peanut butter and powdered sugar blend.

Flip the slightly warm cake onto a clean towel dusted with cocoa powder. Spread the filling on top, then carefully roll it into a log shape.

Wrap the log snugly in plastic wrap and stick it in the fridge for an hour. Once chilled, it's ready to cut and serve.
