Peach Plum Cake (Print)

A no-bake cake featuring peaches, plums, and a smooth filling. It’s simple, fresh, and ideal for warm-weather treats!

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup heavy cream.
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
04 - 2 cups sliced ripe peaches.
05 - 2 cups sliced ripe plums.
06 - 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers.
07 - ½ cup melted unsalted butter.
08 - 2 cups softened cream cheese.
09 - ¼ cup melted peach jelly for topping.

# Steps:

01 - Combine the melted butter with graham cracker crumbs in a small bowl. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Pop it in the fridge to chill for about 30 minutes.
02 - Use a big bowl to blend the sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese until it’s smooth. Separately, whip the heavy cream until peaks hold their shape and then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
03 - Spoon half the cream cheese filling over the chilled crust and even it out. Arrange slices of peaches and plums on top. Add the remaining filling and make sure it’s spread smoothly to cover the fruit.
04 - Lay extra slices of peaches and plums on top for a nice look. Drizzle the melted peach jelly for shine. Let it chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or until it’s completely firm.
05 - Cut into slices and savor the fruity flavors of peaches and plums!
