Sweet and simple pecan balls with toasted nuts, chocolate, and a pie-like flavor. Ready in no time without baking.

# Ingredients:

01 - Chopped and toasted pecans, 2 cups.
02 - 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs.
03 - 1 cup of packed brown sugar.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
05 - Two tablespoons of real maple syrup.
06 - 1/4 cup bourbon or apple juice.
07 - A teaspoon of vanilla extract.
08 - Half a cup of melted chocolate chips.

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, mix together graham crumbs, salt, toasted pecans, and brown sugar.
02 - Add the vanilla, bourbon (or juice), and maple syrup. Stir until it forms a sticky texture.
03 - Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and lay on a tray covered with parchment paper.
04 - Place the tray in the freezer for half an hour so the balls firm up.
05 - Dip the firm balls into the melted chocolate, making sure they're coated as much as you like.
06 - Put the chocolate-covered balls back on the parchment and wait until the coating hardens.

# Notes:

01 - Store in the fridge for as long as 2 weeks.
02 - You can freeze them for up to 3 months.
03 - Makes roughly 18 to 20 pieces.
