In a medium pot, gently heat up the vegetable broth until it’s barely bubbling.

In a little bowl, combine the miso paste with some hot water and whisk until it’s blended and smooth.

Toss the tofu cubes, greens, and green onion into the warm broth. Simmer for 5 minutes, then throw in the nori pieces.

Turn off the heat and stir in the miso mixture. Taste and tweak seasoning if needed before serving.
