# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup buttermilk.
02 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
03 - 1 teaspoon lemon extract.
04 - 21 oz lemon pie filling.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder.
07 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
08 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
09 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F and let it heat up. Melt the butter right in a 9x9 dish.
02 - Combine sugar, baking powder, salt, and flour by whisking them.
03 - Stir in the extracts and buttermilk until smooth with no lumps.
04 - Layer the butter with the batter, then gently spoon over the lemon filling.
05 - Cook for 45-55 minutes until it's got a golden top and the filling sinks to the bottom.
