Boil pasta in hot water for about 10 minutes.

Warm up olive oil in a pan over medium heat, toss in chicken, and cook for 5 minutes until golden.

Pour milk and add cream cheese to the chicken. Stir often until the cheese is completely melted.

Add Parmesan, spinach, and sweetcorn. Keep stirring lightly until spinach softens.

Drain the pasta but save a little of the water. Stir the pasta and water into the pan with chicken and mix until it’s covered in sauce. Adjust seasoning as needed.
