Lazy Chicken Parmesan Grilled Cheese (Print Version)

01 - 2 slices Italian or sourdough bread
02 - 1 cooked breaded chicken patty or leftover chicken parmesan
03 - 2 slices mozzarella cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons marinara sauce
05 - 1 tablespoon butter, softened
06 - Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat skillet over medium heat.
02 - Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
03 - Place bread butter-side down, layer with mozzarella, chicken, marinara, more mozzarella, and top bread butter-side up.
04 - Grill 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts. Optional: sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
