Korean Beef Bowl (Print)

Fast ground beef dish with tasty Korean-inspired soy, sesame, and ginger flavors.

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce

01 - ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
02 - 2 teaspoons sesame oil
03 - ¼ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
04 - ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
05 - ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

→ Main

06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 pound ground beef
08 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

→ Garnish

09 - ¼ teaspoon sesame seeds
10 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced

# Steps:

01 - Mix ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl until combined.
02 - Heat oil in a skillet, then cook garlic until it smells amazing. Add beef and cook for 3-5 minutes until no pink remains. Let the grease drain off.
03 - Toss the sauce over the cooked beef and onions. Cook for about 2 minutes until it warms through.
04 - Top with sesame seeds and more green onion, then dig in.
