Juicy Meatloaf Ever (Print)

Soft and tasty meatloaf with a tangy glaze, made for hearty meals with family or friends.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Mix

01 - 2 eggs, large
02 - 2 pounds of 90% lean ground beef
03 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
04 - 1 onion, yellow, chopped finely
05 - 2 tablespoons seasoning for meatloaf
06 - Salt and black pepper as needed
07 - 3 garlic cloves, minced, or 4 if small
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix
09 - ¼ cup parsley, fresh, chopped small
10 - ¼ cup panko crumbs
11 - ⅔ cup dairy milk
12 - 2½ tablespoons ketchup

→ Sticky Top Coat

13 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar, light
14 - 1 teaspoon each of onion and garlic powder
15 - A pinch of salt and pepper
16 - ¾ cup ketchup
17 - 1½ teaspoons vinegar (red wine type)

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
02 - Place every ingredient for the meat mixture into a big bowl, then mix until evenly combined.
03 - Scoop out the mixture and press it gently into the lined loaf pan, keeping the shape even.
04 - Put the loaf in the oven and cook for around 35-40 minutes at 375°F.
05 - Stir the glaze ingredients together in a bowl until smooth and well mixed.
06 - Take the loaf out, cover the top with glaze, then pop it back into the oven for 15-20 minutes.
07 - Let the loaf sit for 10 minutes before cutting into it. Spoon some pan juices over slices to serve.
