Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice tops off garlic bulbs, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast 45-60 minutes until caramelized. Cool and squeeze out cloves.

Raise oven temperature to 400°F. Mash roasted garlic cloves into softened butter. Season with salt.

Slice bread loaf lengthwise into 8 pieces. Arrange on baking sheet and spread with garlic butter mixture. Bake 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

Remove bread from oven and top with sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, and bell peppers.

Return to oven and bake 12-15 minutes more until toppings are hot and cheese is melted.
