Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 pan with parchment or grease it lightly.

Whisk the melted butter with both sugars in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until it’s fully blended together.

In a smaller bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold the dry mix into the wet one, just until it’s combined.

Gently mix ¾ cup of M&Ms and white chocolate into the dough. Keep some of the M&Ms aside to add on top later.

Spread the dough evenly in the lined baking pan. Sprinkle the saved M&Ms on top and press them in gently.

Pop the pan in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Once the edges turn golden and a toothpick in the middle comes out clean, it’s ready.

Cool it entirely in the pan before slicing into squares to serve.
