05 - 1 egg
06 - 4 green onions, only the white parts, thinly sliced
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 2 teaspoons soy sauce
09 - 1/2 cup finely chopped purple cabbage
10 - 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
11 - 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar, seasoned

→ Dipping Sauce

12 - 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
13 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
14 - 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
15 - 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
16 - 1/4 cup rice vinegar
17 - 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
18 - 2 green onions, green parts only, finely sliced

→ Assembly and Cooking

19 - 1/2 teaspoon butter
20 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
21 - Water as needed
22 - 50 wonton wrappers

# Steps:

01 - Stir everything for the dipping sauce in a bowl until blended, then set aside for later.
02 - In a bowl, combine ground meat, shredded cabbage, egg, the white part of green onions, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and seasonings. Mix thoroughly.
03 - Take a heart-shaped cutter and make shapes out of the wonton wrappers. Lay them under a damp towel while you finish up.
04 - Lightly wet the edges of your heart-shaped wrapper, spoon in the filling, and place another wrapper on top. Seal the edges. Keep assembled ones in a single flat layer under a damp cloth.
05 - Heat butter and oil in a large pan. Add potstickers with some water, cover, and steam for 3-5 minutes. Crank up the heat to crisp both sides.
06 - Plate with thinly sliced red cabbage, sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top, and serve with dipping sauce on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Cover raw potstickers with a damp towel so they don’t dry out.
02 - Don’t pile uncooked potstickers—they’ll stick together.
03 - Work in smaller batches to avoid overcrowding your skillet.
