Ham & Bacon Cheesy Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (2 lb) bag frozen diced potatoes, thawed
02 - 1 (16 oz) container sour cream
03 - 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
04 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted
05 - Salt and pepper to taste
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon minced onion

→ Mix-ins and Toppings

09 - 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
10 - 1 cup diced ham
11 - 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
12 - 1/3 cup green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
02 - In large bowl, whisk together soup, sour cream, melted butter, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and minced onion until smooth.
03 - Add potatoes, most of the cheese (reserve some for topping), ham, bacon, and green onions. Toss well to coat everything thoroughly.
04 - Spread mixture into prepared pan and bake uncovered for about 45 minutes.
05 - Remove from oven, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake about 10 minutes longer until cheese is melted and bubbly.
