# Ingredients:

→ Shrimp

01 - 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1 tsp paprika
05 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
06 - 1/4 tsp salt
07 - 1 tbsp lemon juice

→ Caesar Dressing

08 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
09 - 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
10 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
11 - 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
12 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
13 - 1 garlic clove, minced
14 - Salt and pepper to taste

15 - 4 large flour tortillas
16 - 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
17 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
18 - 1/2 cup croutons, optional
19 - 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, optional

# Steps:

01 - Toss shrimp in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
02 - Whisk mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
03 - Warm tortillas in a skillet for 30 seconds. Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla. Add grilled shrimp, romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and optional toppings like bacon and croutons. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom up.
04 - Slice wraps in half and serve immediately.
