In a small pot, toss in the milk, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, coconut oil, and black pepper.

Simmer gently while stirring often until it’s warmed through. Don’t let it come to a boil.

Mix in some honey or maple syrup to your liking.

If you used fresh spices, strain it first. Pour into cups and sprinkle with cinnamon if you'd like.
