Goat Cheese and Honey Bites (Print)

Crisp puff pastry, tangy goat cheese, sweet honey, and thyme make these bites an elegant, quick appetizer.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough & Cheese

01 - 2 sheets frozen puff pastry dough, thawed
02 - One 4-ounce log goat cheese

→ Toppings

03 - Honey, for drizzling
04 - Chopped fresh thyme, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out the puff pastry to flatten slightly. Use a 2-inch cookie cutter to cut circles from the dough.
03 - Place pastry rounds on the baking sheets and press your thumb into the center of each round to create an indentation.
04 - Add about 1 tablespoon of goat cheese into each indentation.
05 - Bake for 8–10 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
06 - Drizzle each piece with ½ teaspoon of honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme. Serve warm.
