Cheesecake Choco Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 40 oz cream cheese.
02 - 6 eggs, size large.
03 - 8 oz dark chocolate, semisweet.
04 - 8 oz dark chocolate, bittersweet.
05 - 2 cups sugar (white, granular).
06 - A pinch (1/4 tsp) of salt.
07 - 2 tsp vanilla extract.
08 - 16 oz sour cream.
09 - Optional: fresh strawberries.

# Instructions:

01 - Leave the cream cheese out to soften. Set your oven to 400°F. Get a water bath and your springform pan ready.
02 - Mix the cream cheese smoothly, one piece at a time. Add the eggs one by one while mixing.
03 - Melt the chocolates. Pour it into the batter with all the leftover ingredients. Beat everything for 7 minutes straight.
04 - Cook in the water bath for 10 minutes at 400°F. Then lower the oven temp to 375°F and bake for 45-55 minutes.
05 - Give it 1 hour to cool off in the turned-off oven. Chill in the fridge overnight before slicing.

01 - Check the springform for leaks.
02 - Skip covering if smells in your fridge won't bother it.
03 - Stores in the freezer for up to 3 weeks.
