Quick Side Dish (Print)

Baby potatoes smothered in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce. A simple side dish for family dinners or special occasions.

# Ingredients:

01 - Half a cup of heavy cream.
02 - Three garlic cloves, chopped finely.
03 - A sprinkle of salt and pepper for flavor.
04 - Quarter cup of Parmesan cheese, grated.
05 - One pound of small potatoes.
06 - Two spoons of butter, unsalted.
07 - A handful of parsley, chopped, for topping.

# Steps:

01 - Pop the potatoes into salted boiling water, and let them cook for about 15 minutes until soft.
02 - Heat butter in a pan, sauté garlic for a minute or two, pour in cream, stir in Parmesan, and let it thicken.
03 - Mix the cooked potatoes with the sauce, giving everything a good stir to coat them well.
04 - Sprinkle on some salt, pepper, and parsley before serving.
