Low-Carb Bread Option (Print)

Almond flour and shredded mozzarella form the base for this cheesy flatbread, finished with a buttery garlic topping.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese.
02 - 1/2 cup almond flour.
03 - 2 eggs, beaten.
04 - 2 cups of shredded mozzarella, low moisture.
05 - 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
06 - 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, softened.
07 - 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
08 - 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh or dried.
09 - 1 tablespoon butter for cooking.
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil for sautéing.
11 - A tablespoon of parmesan to sprinkle on top.

# Steps:

01 - Mix the melted cheeses with almond flour, eggs, and baking powder.
02 - Pop the dough in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
03 - Split into 8 pieces and press them flat using parchment paper.
04 - Bake in the oven at 350°F for about 15 to 17 minutes till golden.
05 - Cook garlic lightly in oil and butter till it turns a bit golden.
06 - Spread the garlic butter mix on top, sprinkle parmesan, and bake for an extra minute.
