Cheesy Garlic Pizza Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread & Butter Base

01 - ⅔ cup melted butter
02 - 4 garlic cloves, smashed (or 1 tablespoon of pre-minced garlic)
03 - 1 unsliced loaf of sourdough, Vienna, or Pane Di Casa bread

→ Fillings & Toppings

04 - 3½ oz of mini pepperoni slices
05 - ¾ cup grated mozzarella cheese
06 - ¼ cup finely diced red onion
07 - Freshly shredded basil leaves
08 - 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning or dried Italian herbs
09 - ⅓ cup pizza sauce
10 - 1 large tomato, chopped into small pieces

# Instructions:

01 - Flip your oven on to 350°F (176°C) and let it warm up.
02 - In a little bowl, stir the melted butter and crushed garlic until they’re fully mixed.
03 - Grab a sharp bread knife and make those neat diagonal cuts across the bread’s top. Don’t slice too deep—stop about 1 inch before hitting the bottom. Then cut in the other direction to form diamond-like pieces.
04 - Place the bread onto a baking sheet that’s been lined with parchment paper or foil.
05 - Slip half of the garlic butter into the bread’s wedges, followed by the pizza sauce. Then stuff in the onion, tomato, pepperoni, basil, and cheese.
06 - Pour the last bit of the garlic butter on top and sprinkle those Italian herbs all over.
07 - Cover the whole thing with foil and let it bake for 15-20 minutes, just until the cheese is starting to melt.
08 - Take the foil off and bake for another 10 minutes or until the bread gets crispy and the cheese is bubbly and fully melted.
