Fudgy M&M Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1 1/2 cups white granulated sugar
02 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
03 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
04 - 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
05 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
06 - 1 teaspoon salt

→ Wet Ingredients

07 - 3 large eggs, room temperature
08 - 1 egg yolk, room temperature
09 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
10 - 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
11 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

→ Mix-ins

12 - 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
13 - 3/4 cup M&M's
14 - 1/2 cup mini M&M's

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray.
02 - Combine flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt in medium bowl.
03 - Beat sugars, eggs, and egg yolk on high speed for 2 minutes.
04 - Mix in melted butter, oil, and vanilla until combined. Add dry ingredients and mix on low until just combined.
05 - Fold in chocolate chips and both sizes of M&M's with a spatula.
06 - Pour into pan, optionally top with extra M&M's. Bake 35-40 minutes until edges are set but middle is slightly underdone.
07 - Cool completely on wire rack before cutting into squares.

01 - Spoon and level flour for best results
02 - For high altitude, add 1 tablespoon extra flour
03 - Use room temperature dairy ingredients
