Mix milk and vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside for 5-10 minutes to create buttermilk.

Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and caster sugar in another bowl. Add buttermilk mixture, vegetable oil, and hot water. Combine to form a smooth batter.

Start heating oil for frying.

Brush one side of each bread slice with milk. Flatten with rolling pin. Place Nutella on one slice, cover with another slice, and seal edges. Cut into desired shape with a cutter.

Dip sandwich in pancake batter, removing excess. Fry for about 2 minutes until golden, then flip and cook another minute.

Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

While still warm, roll fried sandwiches in cinnamon sugar to coat evenly. Serve warm.
