Fried Nutella Pancake Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pancake Batter

01 - 1 1/2 cups milk
02 - 1 tablespoon white vinegar or lemon juice
03 - 2 cups flour
04 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
06 - 1/4 cup caster sugar
07 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil
08 - 1/2 cup hot water

→ Sandwich

09 - 10-12 slices white bread
10 - 2 tablespoons milk (for brushing)
11 - Nutella for stuffing
12 - Vegetable oil for frying

→ Cinnamon Sugar

13 - 3/4 cup caster sugar
14 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Mix milk and vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside for 5-10 minutes to create buttermilk.
02 - Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and caster sugar in another bowl. Add buttermilk mixture, vegetable oil, and hot water. Combine to form a smooth batter.
03 - Start heating oil for frying.
04 - Brush one side of each bread slice with milk. Flatten with rolling pin. Place Nutella on one slice, cover with another slice, and seal edges. Cut into desired shape with a cutter.
05 - Dip sandwich in pancake batter, removing excess. Fry for about 2 minutes until golden, then flip and cook another minute.
06 - Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
07 - While still warm, roll fried sandwiches in cinnamon sugar to coat evenly. Serve warm.
