# Ingredients:

01 - 8 large eggs
02 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder

06 - 3/4 cup real bacon bits, divided
07 - 6 English muffins, halved
08 - 1/2 cup Heinz chili sauce
09 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
02 - Crack the eggs into a medium mixing bowl. Add heavy cream and whisk until fully beaten. Add salt, pepper, and onion powder, and whisk again.
03 - Heat a lightly greased non-stick sauté pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and gently push the eggs around as they cook. Once the eggs are set but no longer wet, add 1/2 cup of the bacon bits and stir well. Remove from heat.
04 - Place the English muffin halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of Heinz chili sauce on each muffin.
05 - Spoon the bacon and egg mixture onto each muffin half. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, followed by the remaining 1/4 cup of bacon bits.
06 - Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
07 - Remove the breakfast pizzas from the oven and serve warm.
