Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Crack the eggs into a medium mixing bowl. Add heavy cream and whisk until fully beaten. Add salt, pepper, and onion powder, and whisk again.

Heat a lightly greased non-stick sauté pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and gently push the eggs around as they cook. Once the eggs are set but no longer wet, add 1/2 cup of the bacon bits and stir well. Remove from heat.

Place the English muffin halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of Heinz chili sauce on each muffin.

Spoon the bacon and egg mixture onto each muffin half. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, followed by the remaining 1/4 cup of bacon bits.

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Remove the breakfast pizzas from the oven and serve warm.
