01 - 1½ cups all-purpose flour

06 - 2 tablespoons lemon zest (from 2-3 lemons)
07 - ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

09 - 1 cup powdered sugar
10 - 2-3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
11 - 1 tablespoon lemon zest

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper and grease it lightly.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar for 3-4 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Mix in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Fold in the flour mixture until combined.
