15-Minute Beef Bowl (Print)

Fast and flavorful Korean-style ground beef with soy and sesame.

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce

01 - 2 teaspoons sesame oil
02 - ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
03 - ¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
04 - ¼ cup packed brown sugar
05 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed

→ Main

06 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 1 pound ground beef
08 - 1 tablespoon cooking oil

→ Garnish

09 - ¼ teaspoon sesame seeds
10 - 2 thinly sliced green onions

# Steps:

01 - Mix soy sauce, sugar, ginger, sesame oil, and crushed pepper in a small bowl until blended.
02 - Heat oil in a pan, toss in garlic, and stir until you smell it. Add beef, cooking 3–5 minutes till no longer pink. Drain the grease.
03 - Pour the sauce mix over the beef and throw in the green onions. Let it cook another 2 minutes to heat through.
04 - Sprinkle leftovers of green onions and sesame seeds over the top.
